Good sim plan
Desperately needed a sim and with friend's advice visited Vodafone store and impressed with the plans. Got what I needed. All the plans are very well explained by the sales advisor , Lalith Kumar. Took a sim for all my Internet needs.

Nice detailing about plans
Visited the store for new mobile and sim card. Clearly understood about the plans and payment options. Satisfied with the sales advisor : Lalith Kumar. Took a high end flagship mobile along with a sim for a very decent price.

We were served by Dhruvesh at the store today 1 dec. we went in to hand in a trade in phone. Which unfortunately gave us some problems. Dhruvesh and his colleague managed to sort it out for us there and then so we didn’t have to return. I got talking to Dhruvesh about how my iPhone 7 was playing up now but I really can’t get on with these swipe up phones. After chatting and going through options he sorted me out a new phone equivalent to my own a better deal on my contract at an only extra cost of £1 his service was fantastic his manner with dealing with us retired persons was fantastic it doesn’t always sink in with us straight away I’m afraid. He spent loads of time with us going through options. Will recommend them to others and will definitely go back there for any help needed.
