Reece at Vodafone in Eldon Square went…
Reece at Vodafone in Eldon Square went beyond the call of duty in opening a Vodafone account for me. The store’s system failed on my 3 visits but Reece thought outside the box and processed the order through Vodafone website. Excellent service.

Outstanding Support from Alex at Eldon Square – Highly Recommended
I’d like to share how fantastic my experience was with Alex at the Vodafone store in Eldon Square, Newcastle. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best options for my situation.
I had quite a lot to sort out—upgrading my phone, setting up a new contract for my brother, and deciding what to do with my current device. Alex explained everything clearly, answered all my questions in detail, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was the time and care he put into making sure I had all the information I needed. He even spent time with me planning everything out on one day, but we ran out of time to complete the sale. He then arranged to be available the next day at an agreed time so I could pop back in and finalise everything without any hassle.
Even after I’d set up the contracts, Alex was happy to answer extra questions about things I might be interested in in the future, like tablets and other devices. It really felt like he cared about getting everything right rather than just making a sale.
It’s rare to come across this level of service these days, and I left feeling completely confident and happy with the choices I’d made.
Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond. You’re a credit to Vodafone, and I really appreciate all your help.

My 30 dollar (Canadian) SIM card stopped working after 24 hours. Despite reaching out to the company numerous times, I was told that there was “nothing they could do”, except sell me a new SIM card for the same amount of money. I wouldn’t be hurrying back there to use their “service” again. Very disappointed.
