Bought a refurbished phone in October…
Bought a refurbished phone in October 2025, started to give problem's within 4 to 5 weeks. Battery swelled and wouldn't charge, was freezing my screen repeatedly had to do a hard start. Went to Vodafone store in Newry explaining my problem, they could see the back of my phone had swelled. Had to return when I borrowed a phone to leave for repair, by this stage the battery had swelled so badly it cracked the whole back of the casing. Vodafone store sent it off to be fixed and have informed me it would be £556 to repair and they were taking no responsibility for it. Only I am tied into a contract I would leave these fraudsters straight away, selling dodgy goods and not standing over it.
