Steve and his merry band of store…
Steve and his merry band of store assistants are an absolute breath of fresh air and make Meadowhall an amazing experience for me. Having worked in telecommunications in vodabury before, I can tell you these guys are without doubt the finest bunch of young adults I have come across in retail shopping. Knowledge aside, they have the capacity to make me smile and laugh and that for me is everything. Sam, Jam, Miaa (sister from another mister Riya), Puja, etc are a delight to do business with. You wont be let down as they ply their extensive knowledge to make it a first class experience. No longer will I frequent those so called 'Dodgy' shops on the high street with their serious, money grabbing demeanour. Vodafone Meadowhall comes extremely and highly recommended from me. A BIG thumbs up. Big up Vodafone, you recruited well.

Missold a SIM
I went to store to find a suitable SIM card for my parents for an upcoming holiday. Jammy seemed very knowledgeable and we left happy as he seemed to find a cost efficient solution. They went on holiday the day after and the SIM didn't work at all and left them unable to use their phone. When they returned home, it seemed that the SIM was sold to me incorrectly as it didn't work as he said, also when looking into the plan, it had nowhere near the calls and data promised so even if it did work, it wouldn't have lasted long.
We went into store to complain and the staff were very unhelpful and didn't care. Even said that the plan I had been sold was unreliable so that's probably why. It has taken for me to spend an hour contacting the provider directly to get a refund.
I went from having a positive experience of the store to quickly having a very negative view. The outcome was that this situation has caused a lot of distress to my parents as they were on the other side of the world with no phone and no way to speak to family.

Dany at Meadowhall has been brilliant
Dany at Meadowhall has been brilliant, I’ve been in to see him multiple times and every time my experience has been pleasant. I don’t know much about phones but Dany has always been more than willing to help and made me feel at ease every time. Would definitely visit Meadowhall and Dany again should I need too.
