My experience at first with Vodafone wasn't a great one as all issues wasn't resolved over the phone and in store
However I went again met a staff named Sam at Vodafone store in Stockport. He was so polite patient and welcoming. All issues were resolved. THANKS to Sam he deserves ten stars cos he was able to resolve issues that was pending for over 3weeks!

The most amazing customer service experience! Sam helped me with his brilliant knowledge of product and knew exactly what was going to be the right phone for my use as an artist and to keep within my budget. He spent time discussing it with me.
