Levi - Vodafone Tamworth Branch = superstar
Since transferring from EE to Vodafone in Dec 24, I have not had data roaming in the uk or overseas. Numerous telephone calls to Vodafone & visits in various stores, with promises that the issues had been resolved came to nothing.
Visiting Tamworth branch & having assistance from Levi & finally, it appears that I can get the service I’ve been paying for since last year.

Vodaphone problems
We were told when we went into vodafone we would trade in our old phone for a new phone as we have had problems with Google pixels so we decided to get the A16 and we were told we pay £25 upfront and £25 off the remaining bill of our trade in but when we went in they said our credit we had on the phone has come off our whole bill so now we are left paying more than we were told if we were told this we wouldn't have gone through with it we were just lied to never really had any bad experiences but this has just been a bad experience and to give them any more than 1 star for this visit would be considered an insult to trustpilot.
