DISGUSTING CONNECTION and RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE…beware dont waste your money…we feel scammed my husband is always cursing at the connection..slow and unreliable! it was only good for the first month, instead of helping,, they ask you do things with electric wiring and the box.. we are not an engineer!

I visited the Vodafone Store in Taunton town today and was served by Courtney!
Couldn’t recommend more, fantastic service, gave me a brilliant deal on my phone and changed my broadband from BT for a much cheaper price and gave me Vodafone together discount too.

Sam Vodafone Taunton 100% for service with a smile
Visited Taunton today and have got to say was very impressed with the service, especially from Sam. Not only did he sort out my Vodafone broadband, I caused him a headache updating one of our phones. But Sam sorted everything out with a smile and a coffee! I would 100% recommend going to see Sam and the team in Taunton.

A Good Experience
Went into the unknown, that is the Taunton shop looking for a new phone and to refresh my contract. I put myself into Sam's friendly capable and knowledgeable hands. He was able to make the whole process extremely easy and stress-free. I am very pleased (and relieved!) about the end result. This is in direct contrast to making progress over the phone with the national service centre.

Visited Taunton store today in need of advice as my phone was not charging. As I thought I do need a new phone. Spoke with Sam who was extremely helpful checking the type of phone and service that I needed. Recommended a phone for me and ultimately saved me money! Great service. Excellent Customer Service
The service I received from Sam today was excellent. I had purchased a no sim phone earlier today, for an elderly friend who has a Vodafone contract. Sam went out of his way to review my friends contract, and found a cheaper tariff for him. 5 star service.
