I visited store today and spoke to the store manager James. He was incredibly helpful in sorting out the problems with my mobile. I don’t know much about phones, but James sorted everything for us and was so so helpful! James was a reminder of why we’ve been since Vodafone so many years.

Should have stuck with Virgin
Had nothing but a terrible experience with Vodafone. Wish I'd never left Virgin as within months of signing up with Vodafone they increased the monthly payments despite the Internet service being down on numerous occassions. Absolutely scandalous that they can justify raising the prices mid contract while providing such a shoddy service!
