I visited Vodafone Wrexham for a change…
I visited Vodafone Wrexham for a change of network as l wanted to move from the other network.
Staff ignored me when l got in and pretended to be very busy. After a while l was asked, "how can l help you" I explained myself and then after was told to take a sit. It's only that l really wanted to change to their Network but almost gave up.
Suprisingly l was being attended to by the assistant Manager who is kind of racist and rude.
I really had a bad experience.

Really helpful staff in Wrexham branch.
Jodi and Neil in the Wrexham branch were extremely helpful to me today. I had been so worried as my mobile is vital in caring for my mother. They gave me the info and advice needed and set me up with a new simple phone to suit my needs. Very grateful for being able to get help face to face.
