Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, and the whole process was quick and easy. Gianluca was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. I would definitely recommend this Vodafone store to anyone looking for good service and honest advice.

A big thank you to Adriana in the Vodafone store in the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. You went above & beyond to help me find my Iphone when I lost it last week.
As a Vodafone customer for years I popped in as my last hope of locating it after nobody had handed it in.You were calm, patient and got me to log into my Apple account and onto ‘Find my IPhone’. After 15 mins of the App bringing us around in circles you asked your colleagues for some tips - they directed us outside and it was randomly placed on a nearby cars widescreen beside where I had parked 2 hours before. Thankfully you had the alarm feature on the App we could hear it beeping before we saw it,
Thank you for going above & beyond and for not giving up on us finding it. You are a wonderful addition to the team & you need to be recognised. Thank you again for saving my so much hassle and locating my phone. Michelle.

Excellent help and advice from Gianluca
Called into the Vodafone store in Blanchardstown to enquire about one of the phones and possibly do an upgrade. Gianluca was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, and took the time to go through all the options clearly without any pressure.
He explained the differences between the phones and plans in a really easy way and made the whole experience relaxed and straightforward. Customer service like that genuinely stands out nowadays. A real credit to the Vodafone team in Blanchardstown.

I was helped with changing my plan by Dagmara, she was very nice and very helpful. The Samsung rep Lisa also showed me features on the S26Ultra and I had a great experience overall.

Spoke with assistant manager who gave me email address and encouraged me to put complaint in writing, which I did 5/5/26

Visited Vodafone branch in Blanchardstown shipping center. Was there to solve issue with non working payment processing in app. Staff Monika was absolutely amazing, helped me to sort the broadband account and also offered a better SIM card deal for better price.
