The help we got from Colin was 2’nd to…

The help we got from Colin was 2’nd to none, we are both in our eighties and not as tech savvy as is necessary, my husband had lost his iPhone which linked his hearing aids and it was so important to get things sorted quickly and Colin was so patient and spent the time in ensuring that everything worked. So a huge big thank you to the Clonakilty Vodafone shop and especially Colin we couldn’t have done without him today

Clear & helpful information

After speaking to Vodafone’s Customer Service over the telephone yesterday I was left confused about my options. Colin was able to rectify that in the store today by providing clear & helpful information. He had me all sorted within 15 minutes.
