Didn't realise these mobile companies were still ripping people off.
Took out at 25€, 5Gb plan for my teenage son, he went over in the first month by 10.393 MB ( from the invoice) for which I was charged €52.44, bringing my first months bill to €76.89.
Spent an hour on a chat to support who basically said it was my fault and I should have read the contract.
I shall find another provider...

First of all - price is higher for the same package compare to competitors
Sending fishing-like email to subscribe me for 2-year contract with worse price and package
Site is terrible - vodafone as well as ziggo site always shows errors on loading, it's impossible to navigate throw it

I have a top of the line maxed out RED Unlimited subscription and I am extremely disappointed with it when it comes to ROAMING.
Why very simple:
1. When I am in EU on a Vodafone networks they are tunneling back to Netherlands all internet traffic and are shaping it aggressively. Ocassionaly connection drops and is imposible to use for ZOOM sessions and work. If i force to connect to another network then internet works correctly. Don't forget that "unlimited" means they will make fun of you and shape you to 128kb after some 40GB/month (so much for "unlimited")
2. Going outside of EU Vodafone decided that is ok to tax you almost 1E per MB :D, I did the mistake of having ROAMING activated when I landed and paid 60E per 78MB. This is an absolutely absurd ripoff giving the cost of the RED UNLIMITED subscription!

Using the store in Rotterdam, we choose a specific phone number that was nice to memorize. We signed contracts with phone number in it and the simcard arrived later at home with one big issue. The phone number was different from what was in the contract.
We contacted Vodafone via many channels and had many conversations but Vodafone did not honor his side of contract and did not give us the phone number in the contract. Now we want to cancel the contract but that is not possible because it is a contract.
Total joke. Now I am stuck with 2 year contract with phone number that I don’t want.

After getting VERY POOR customer service with a lot of cheating and / or unprofessionalism by Vodafone customer support, I posted my complaint in a review (unfortunately Truspilot does not allow to post the link of my initial review).
And now in their reply Vodafone is trying to create an impression that I was to blame for everything, as if I have been confused in something, while in all communication (including face-to-face communicate at Vodafone store) they have told me wrong information all the time.
As a customer, I'm not supposed to know how Dutch, English or any other telecommunication companies operate, I have asked questions and Vodafone has cheated, not provided complete information and have thus been unsupportive and unprofessional.
Now it's their next level of unprofessionalism, trying to put the blame on me, after my review.
I'm really sorry I've paid them during this year, they have extremely bad service and their rating here ways it all. DON'T EVER choose Vodafone again, after their reply to my complaint above...

I pre-ordered the iphone 15 pro and I am still waiting.
I ordered the phone on 15 September, and since have had to call and chat with Vodafone at least 5 times to hear the status. The first few times they told me everything is fine and that it just took long because of the number switch (This is a very simple process that should be instant)
After the 4th time (after a few weeks), eventually someone had told that something went wrong in their system because I had phone number switch. So only then did they do something about it and switch my number.
Then a few weeks later, I still don't hear anything from them. Eventually after the 6th time of getting in contact, they told me that they made some error on their own side and that now I have to wait in the back of the queue again, for their own mistake!
Everytime they just try to refer me away to someone else instead of just dealing with it internally and fixing the problem. I don't understand how something that should be the companies simplest procedure (ordering a contract and switching a cell), could be so complicated and have the entire customer service completely useless and unaware of what to do.
The fact that I have to contact them every single time and was never once contacted by them to say something is wrong, is just ridiculous. If I don't call they would never process my order.
It has now been more than a month and even still do I have no clue what is going wrong and they still are extremely unhelpful.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I expect that someone could call me, fix the problem and immediately have my order processed with priority. But when speaking to the customer service, they made it sound as if I am asking them to perform miracles.
I am honestly disappointed because I needed and was expecting this order ages ago and even cancelled my old contracts in time and now I have a prepaid number with extreme limited use.
I expect this to be resolved and at the bare minimum be compensated for the time I now have no contract, not to mention all the hours I had to waste contacting customer service.
Please resolve this immediately and honour your own terms, conditions and fineprint. Because everything so far has been complete false advertising and a mess.
UPDATE:
This was their "solution" to the problem, followed by my response:
Customer Service:
Makes perfect sense that it is driving you up the wall, it should be an easy thing to do. As the current order is still stuck and we are unable to resolve that. I recommend to cancel it and order a new one. This will give it a fresh start and it will fix the current issue completely.
Just to confirm, you have not received the phone yet, is that correct?
Me:
So you're telling me you cannot fix a trivial issue that was caused by you guys, so you want me to just redo the order so that you don't have to do anything and then I have to wait all over again in the queue, and also then I don't get the price I originally signed up for since now I notice it is more expensive than when I pre ordered.
You guys need to fix this, you cancel the current, re do the order and then put me in the front of the queue, that will fix this issue which you have caused.
Of course I have not received the phone, why else would I say all this.

From the 18 th of July until the 5 th of September we have been without internet or phone. Vodafone mixed up our address . 12 open reach engineers later. And their chief engineer giving me his personal number and talking to me at weekends. Open reach installed the box that Vodafone didn't. I spent nearly 4 hours every day talking to Vodafone and still they did not fix the problem. They at last told me it would go live in the 21st of September, which was another month away. Open reach fitted the box much earlier for me . Vodafone still wouldn't go live until the and 21st. Yesterday I told them I was going to their CEO and go to trust pilot, suddenly I went live ( still no phone though) Today I phone them about my compensation I was promised by their manager I would get as soon as I went live. They told me I was not entitled to any! After an other hour and a half they said I would get it in 30. Not good ene, Vodafone have cost me a fortune, I even had to buy a phone so I could talk to them. Do your job Vodafone and stop blaming open reach. Where is my compensation??

This week I used the Vodafone shop in North Finchley.
I was served by Chris.
I am an elderly lady and not very telephone savvy.
He was remarkably helpful and went over and above to sort out my problems and set me up with a suitable new phone. I was very impressed

Ping for mobile data is 180ms minimum. Crappiest 4G in Europe confirmed. There's better reception in an Estonian forest than a Dutch town. Time to upgrade your hardware, Vodafone.

Update: still waiting to hear back from them. Nothing.. they couldn't care less.Avoid at all cost 🤮
Breach of contract. Long story short, despite being the reseller in my case, Vodafone says they offer zero warranty on their phones which is against EU law. Ps. I have s23 ultra purchased in full throigh Vodafone NL (no monthly rate or lease or anything).
Update: Every time I try contact, it says no one available.

I requested to change two mobile phone subscriptions to RedTogether and RedTogether Extra, along with an iPhone. After a few days, the iPhone arrived with two extra SIM cards. I returned the iPhone to the store and canceled the two extra SIM cards. However, Vodafone continued to charge me for the two extra SIM cards every month and never refunded me for the down payment on the iPhone.
After several attempts to resolve this issue, I was able to cancel and receive a refund for one of the extra SIM cards. However, I was still being charged for the other SIM card and never received a refund for the down payment on the iPhone. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue through email, phone, and in-store visits, no one was able to solve my problem.
I have three services request opened:

Deceived on the first day.
Two people bought SIMs at the store, and went travelling, with the promise that they would be able to be added to my Red Together group. When I tried adding the numbers, I was informed that new SIMs would be sent to my address and that the ones they had purchased would not work for that.
Now I cannot deliver the SIM to them anymore. Besides that, why did the person at the store made them buy SIMs and pay the price for nothing?
