Absolutely great. All the staff that I had contact with were very professional and friendly. My dog Bonnie was well treated and taken very good care of. Another reason why Denmark is sich a great place!

One star is too much. They messed up my cat vaccination. Got to the appointment, specially told them prior to the appointment that I am leaving the country, and when I got there I am finding out that they don't have the rabies vaccin for one of the cats maybe to come back again the next week. Complaint about the problem and they don't accept any complaints because it is not their fault they messed up the vaccin and everything else. And they just hang up the phone. So yes one star is to much.
