Highly recommend,after covid my hair was so bad and this shampoo, conditioner,velvet crown spray,oils etc have done wonders for my hair. Wouldn't use anything else now been using voduz now for about 2yrs,wee bit more expensive than your usual shampoo but you only need wee bit & it lasts for ages ,great customer service to

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought hair products they were defective return was approved the refunded 1 kept the other charged me for it wont send the product back to me or refund the money PURE SCAMMERS

I love Voduz products and I buy regularly. The customer service is always great. I ordered the ultimate bundle and one of the sets was missing. I contacted them via email and Katie on customer service had a replacement organised within 24hrs of contact, I highly recommend Voduz.

Great customer service!! I had a small problem with a hot tool so I contacted the company. Katie replied to me and was a great help resolving the issue. I have ordered numerous times using many different products and always find everything to be top quality. I highly recommend.

I received excellent customer service when my hairdryer was recalled due to a safety concern. Voduz quickly started the process and have a new hairdryer being sent out within a matter of days.

Love everything about Voduz. Ordered on-line a few times now, and found delivery to be quick each time. Also the discounts they offer are very reasonable in comparison to other brands. The products are excellent, and the best hairdryer I’ve ever used, the Blow Out Pro.

Voduz is a great business. I’ve tried many of their products and i’d never have a bad thing to say about them. My favourite products of theirs is the R’Oil, Velvet Crown and Defender (this smells so good). One problem i had was fixed within a couple of days due to the amazing Katie. Thank you so much katie if you are reading this! 💗

We love Voduz products in our house so much that we have 3 blow out dryers (White, Purple & Gold) as well as the pro blow out Dryer. I also have the straighteners in White and since the recent sale now own the Silver set too (early birthday present for daughter). There was a slight issue with that recent purchase that was swiftly resolved by Katie, thank you Katie. Have also purchased all the brushes, round and flat, wide tooth and shower combs, satin slumber sets, wrap up microfibre towels x 6, every shampoo and conditioner sets, root reviver, prep talk, defender & trend setter sprays, r’oil, velvet crown, creaseless clips and bobbins. It probably would have been easier to list the few products we don’t have. These products have been repurchased several times and when there’s good sale on I stock up. Have another haul en route from the big sale few days ago and they will be stocking fillers for Christmas, though I’m sure around Black Friday there will be more bought.

Fantastic hairdryer, i purchased in 2021 contacted voduz to check when i purchased as couldn’t remember… i contacted sales team who were very helpful and offered a discount code, its still working but cable now coming loose as i leave it lying out i never wind cable round.
but getting near the end.
Has served me well. Been best hairdryer i have had.so i purchased another in the 60% sale today

I dont think voduz actually deserve a star at all. I purchased the sleep in rollers but tried them during the day. They pulled out clumps of my hair and I was told there was nothing they could for as Id opened and tried them. Not really sure I'd have known they're not fit for purpose without trying them. Save your money and purchase from a company that actually values your custom.

Terrible service. I purchased straighteners from an outlet store. The heat mat had water stains so I asked for a refund. I was told purchases from outlet could not be refunded. Following advice from Consumerline and Citizens Advice as well as contacting my bank for a charge back, Voduz finally gave me a refund. This took 3 months!!

I had an issue with a pro hairdryer I bought and Katie was amazing at assisting me and solving the issue.
