Terrible experience. The seller shipped my item to the wrong address and now refuses to process a refund. They keep sending a “proof of delivery” that clearly shows a different name and a completely different address — nothing matches my details.

Instead of taking responsibility, they’re telling me to go check with neighbors, as if we’re living in clan or bandit times. Completely unprofessional. I’m not responsible for their delivery mistake, and I won’t accept being blamed for it.

Expérience catastrophique. Le vendeur a envoyé mon colis à une mauvaise adresse et refuse maintenant de procéder au remboursement. Ils m’envoient un soi‑disant “preuve de livraison” qui montre clairement un autre nom et une adresse totalement différente — rien ne correspond à mes informations.

Au lieu d’assumer leur erreur, ils me demandent d’aller vérifier chez les voisins, comme si on vivait à l’époque des clans ou des bandits. C’est totalement non professionnel. Je ne suis pas responsable de leur erreur de livraison et je n’accepterai pas qu’on m’en fasse porter la faute
