I ordered 2 t Shirts, 3 hoodies and one Jogger pants, everything was too small and on my canada goose Hoodie the sign doesnt say "canada goose" it says "down Jacket". Then i tried to send it Back and they wont even answer me. I spent 150 Euros for this Low Quality and it was not worth it. I want to send my Things Back and get my Money Back !!

Terrible experience. The seller shipped my item to the wrong address and now refuses to process a refund. They keep sending a “proof of delivery” that clearly shows a different name and a completely different address — nothing matches my details.

Instead of taking responsibility, they’re telling me to go check with neighbors, as if we’re living in clan or bandit times. Completely unprofessional. I’m not responsible for their delivery mistake, and I won’t accept being blamed for it.

Au lieu d’assumer leur erreur, ils me demandent d’aller vérifier chez les voisins, comme si on vivait à l’époque des clans ou des bandits. C’est totalement non professionnel. Je ne suis pas responsable de leur erreur de livraison et je n’accepterai pas qu’on m’en fasse porter la faute
