Great Support

We’re a small IT business and have used VoiceHost for years for ourselves and several clients. Service has been solid, but today their support really impressed me. A fault caused by Microsoft changing IP ranges was fixed within 15 minutes of my call with George, who explained the cause and showed me how to resolve it quickly if it happens again. VoiceHost works well and, just as importantly, their support does too. 5★

It baffles me why TLS/SRTP isn't industry standard for SIP trunks in 2025, but VoiceHost offer it which is a big plus.

Setting up a SIP trunk with VoiceHost was relatively pain free and I was able to do it promptly today without any real issues. Having moved from another provider that had strange call routing problems, I kind of wish I found VoiceHost to begin with to be honest as put simply, it just works (and works well), with the control panel being very functional and configurable.

My only feedback would be that the pricing isn't very transparent and I find it difficult to understand the costs of setting up additional numbers & channels etc until you've set them up and have been billed for it, but the cost was low and reasonable in any case so far.

A Team

Every time i have to call the tech support team my call gets answered straight away and my issue gets resolved very promptly.
On this particular day i had to contact them quite a few times and they were great.
The team are always very pleasant and extremely thorough!

Amazing Support

We are a wholesaler of VoiceHost. Support has been amazing throughout, always happy to help and easy to get on with. Jethro and David have been especially helpful with a recent porting issue we have been having. Would definitely recommend them to any other company looking to get into supplying VOIP!

Experience with Customer Services

I wasn't sure how to set up a particular VoiceHost service so I had to contact customer service multiple times. And on each occasion, their representatives (special praise for Aidan!) were prompt and extremely helpful in helping me through this process. Their solution even meant my small organisation would be saving money! Absolutely brilliant CS, and absolute legends. Thank you!

We initially contacted VoiceHost for business phone advice and were keen to move with times in terms of technology. However, the fear of the unknown was quite daunting. We need not have worried at all, Aiden took his time in explaining how it worked and the possibilities the system offered our business. First time I've set up a VOIP phone, so it's been quite a learning curve, but had brilliant, friendly support through the whole process.
It's been most refreshing speaking to a human!!!!

Helpful, patient and knowledgeable

I had great difficulty moving away from my previous provider, but the support team at Voicehost were very patient and helpful. Now that the service is up and running, it works perfectly and I am really happy with having the phone line work as it should.
