Software is great. Took 3 days to get the key and I was told it was due to illness. I can't blame the delay for that but a simple message to assure it was coming would have been nice. The layout is something you have to get use to but overall nice. If you want to tweak your TC Helicon Voicelive 3 this will do it. If you have problems expect a delay in response.
