The bumblebee x Freddy Krueger sweater wearing muppet defended someone for assaulting someone else. All because his (Steve’s/Edge Of The Matrix on Youtube) opinion didn’t align with both of theirs. Steve’s freedom of speech was also, and is always, being used fairly and with common courtesy.

This strange looking man works in the shop so I’d stay far, far away from this lunatic and it’s business. It’s a shame I can’t review with 0 stars. 1 star is still way too much.

Scam. It’s Chinese and bad. It looks legit but don’t be fooled it’s a scam. Don’t buy them.

I love VOID - popped in today to buy a couple of things and tell them so. Been providing Nottingham with inclusive alternative clothing since 1982. Lovely people and an important art of Nottinghams alternative scene.

Very unfriendly place with aggressive staff who attacks a member of the public.

Poor staff I was walking down the street and I saw your member of staff become rude and abusive to a member of public who himself had just been assaulted.

Rude and ignorant staff. Overpriced low quality stock. And the shop smells bad. Go elsewhere.

I come here for my lip and septum jewelry and it's amazing quality and super cheap (also a crazy range of sizes that you don't get elsewhere)! Really kind and helpful staff too! Highly recommend :)

Violent member of staff abusing members of the public defending hinself against assault. Wants sacking

Very unprofessional behaviour. They discriminate against people and get very angry. Not approachable.

Never would shop there after seeing Edge of the Matrix being violently abused by what looked like one of their customers with a can of beans that couldve been acid, that stripey jumper idiot defended a criminal and yes 16 year olds can be criminals to the people who think its weird that a grown man defended himself from one your lgbt mob isnt excused from criticism either, to the person calling everyone a gammon who leaves bad reviews your racist af. These aren't real 'punks' theyre posers and always give alternative people a bad rep sadly.

You can't throw beans on people you don't agree with and you don't get violent and involved in altercations while on work hours, I hope you'll learn to not attack people when they do not have the same views as you. Imagine trying to assault someone and when they catch you somehow your the aggressor, grow up, being gay or in the lgbt doesn't make you superior in your life problems, we all have them, don't assault people and you won't be harassed and don't get involved in something that has nothing to do with you in work times/ in uniform.

Wow, the gammons have invaded the reviews. I've never had a problem with this place. Ignore all the negative reviews about the staff member, he stood up for a young person being tackled by a grown man.

Some of the loveliest, kindest, most accepting staff in the whole of Nottingham! Super good pricing, and a wide range of unique clothing and accessories, at very fair prices.

Staff members defend and support the LGBTQ+ community, lovely and really cool place

I witnessed a male staff member from Void aggressively run out of shop to attack a member of the public who was the victim of an assault by one of the LGBT mob. This male staff member then walked away swearing, sticking his middle finger up at this gentleman who was still recovering from the assault. I am deeply disturbed by this and would warn anyone against this shop until they remove him immediately, as it is of grave danger to anyone entering.

Staff are extremely kind and helpful, and this is a wonderful, accepting space for people of any gender, identity, whatever you are (....unless what you are is a transphobic protester who attacks a child then tries to ruin the shop's reputation when a member of staff tries to protect said child).
Three generations of my family have bought from this shop, all receiving excellent service, and I'm sure that this tradition will continue when I eventually have my own children.
