She responded quickly to my questions, the information I received was helpful, and most of all, my funds were returned quickly. Can't wait for my new trip!

Laura was very welcoming, she answered my questions, and offered to send me additional information on some of the areas that she couldn’t provide immediate answers on.
The tele interview/chat was conducted no earlier or later than the appointed time and communication had been maintained from the time I expressed interest .

When i paid the deposit i didn’t immediately get a confirmation which was stressing me out a bit, so i contacted them via whatsapp and they responded very fast on how to fix it! When i have questions they answer it fully and reassure me when i have worries. I have had a great experience so far!

The host was friendly and very knowledgeable.

We joined this volunteer program but ended up leaving after only one week, even though we had planned to stay much longer. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not feel safe at all.

Some of the main issues we faced:
• Upon arrival, we were asked to hand over our passports, which felt very unsafe.
• The website description did not match reality. We were supposed to work from 7:30–13:00, but in practice it was only around 9:30–12:00.
• Before arrival, we were not clearly informed where we would be staying. We were placed with a family we were not introduced to, and our guide did not live there. The first morning he was simply gone.
• Our guide was unreliable and often very late (up to 1.5 hours once).
• We were told there would be other volunteers, but we were completely alone.
• We were advised to use a tourist visa, but it is actually illegal to work on such a visa. This is a serious mistake by the organization.
• At one point, our guide even told us we had not paid for accommodation and food, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Overall, the program lacked safety, structure, and transparency. We never felt secure and decided to leave earlier than planned.

We asked for a partial refund, but the organization only gave excuses and did not take responsibility.

We cannot recommend this program to anyone considering volunteering abroad.
