Volza is a useful platform for finding import and export shipment data, especially for identifying specific products and HS codes. The detailed shipment information is quite helpful for market research and trade analysis. However, some product classifications and data can be difficult to interpret, so additional verification with official sources is still necessary. Overall, it is a valuable tool for trade research

Data is OK but i think they must work on more improvement by collecting of data expecially the prices of actual goods at the time of clearnace, real price at the bill by company , that will provide more info.

The team is always available and responds anytime any question with very detailed information.

I found more data here than anywhere else. However, they have one plan for 1500$ and then for 4500$. They should also offer something in between.
I also liked their whatsapp support option

Startup plan cannot access the data their public pages advertise — support contradicted itself in writing

I subscribed to Volza's Startup plan ($1,500/year) for one purpose: identifying suppliers of European companies importing from India and Turkey. Volza's own public company profile pages advertise exactly this data — for example, one UK importer's page shows "448 import shipments from 8 suppliers from India", with supplier names visible to anyone, no subscription needed.

With my paid plan: every Import tab of these companies shows "No Data Available". I tested every database included in my plan — India is available as "Mirror" data only (which cannot show EU/UK importer names), the only UK detailed database stops in December 2022, and Turkey turned out to be a "Premium country" excluded from the plan.

Their own sales representative could not find the data either during a live Zoom session on my account. Their WhatsApp support then wrote, 10 minutes apart, that the company "is not doing any kind of import" — and then that it IS importing from India but the data is "restricted by regulatory compliance". The same "restricted" data remains published on their marketing pages to sell subscriptions.

I requested a refund in writing with a clear deadline. No answer in the ticket. Instead, I received a phone call pushing a paid upgrade to a more expensive plan — without any demonstration that the higher plan actually displays this data.

I have now opened a payment dispute with my bank. Full documentation available: screenshots of their public pages next to my empty account, and their support's written contradictions.

If you are considering Volza for supplier discovery on India/Turkey→Europe flows: ask them to demonstrate, live on YOUR account, the specific company profiles you need BEFORE paying. I wish someone had told me this.

literally 0 data, they are scammers. after taking the subscription you will start to see that there is literally no data on the platform !! These people have no ethics.

Im totally pissed of with Volza, very poor data and accuracy about 30% !
