I bought the Tandberg watch from Von Doren in May 2025 in store during my holiday.

The product is fantastic and very high quality. I particularly like the square design and it’s light blue strap. Amazing craftmanship.

Not only that, the overall shopping experience was great. I reached out to Von Doren via Instagram and Von Doren’s Head of Marketing, Dennis, responded professionally to my questions about the purchase process. The shopping experience in store was pleasant.

Right after I arrived in my home country, I realized that the watch was a bit faulty. I reached out to Dennis to see if we can rectify this problem. He immediately set up a return process via FedEx and a new watch was sent to me immediately, of which it took only 7 days from the day I handed my watch to FedEx all the way until a new watch was sent to me. That’s a solid customer service right there.

The Gigante Von Doren watch is a beautiful time piece.
Classic chronograph with a bit euro auto racing styling,
Swiss time, movement and coronagraph for manual timings.
A timeless piece that has turned many heads.
The perforate, a leather band is also stylish reminiscent of a steering wheel and quite versatile.

I highly recommend checking it out.

The watch has never worked properly and the solution from Von Doren is to have the watch taken to a local watchmaker for repair. Do not recommend.

Quick shipping and personalized service - even getting my watch through customs was handled quickly by the Von Doren team with updates throughout the process. Upon receiving the watch I was very impressed by the packaging and accessories, and the watch itself is truly beautiful. As one of the first to order the Von Doren timepiece I was pleasantly surprised when I received it and it met my expectations by far - from the beautiful wooden box it came in to the feel of quality of the watch and the lovely leather strap. Should be a part of every serious mans wardrobe.
