Horrible scam
Horrible scam!
I have been scammed by this company.
The product was nothing like they said. The material didn't correspond the the material in the add. The size was awkward and the entire product was ridiculously poor in quality. I wanted to send it back but was told I had to send it to China with a tracking number for 42 Euros (!!!) ON MY OWN EXPENSE and that they were not sure if they could give me back the postal fees.
This is ridiculous and NOT LEGAL! They also not mention that the items have to be returned to China in their terms of conditions.
So here's what you do:
The actual owner is Slangen Tradning B.V from the Netherlands (Odilienberg, Limburg, NL, google for the exact address). They operate under different shop names (Voneria, Vonera, Voremy,....) and in different countries.
Don't send the items back to China on your own expense. Issue a warranty claim, send it via Email and to the given address above (Limburg, NL)!
Usually, the quality is so poor and their are several sorts of defects that justify a warranty claim. The company then has a certain period of time to send you a product that has the quality described in the advertisement. And since they can't do that (poor material from China), they haver to give back your money.
You can also contact the European Consumer Center and file a charge at the local police.
