I am very disappointed with my experience with Voogmechic.

My husband gave me a beautiful pair of gold earrings from this company as a gift. The earrings came with a lifetime warranty, which gave us confidence in their quality.

However, after only 7 months of normal wear, the hinge on one earring broke. Gold earrings should not fail after such a short time, especially when they have been carefully used.

I contacted customer service expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, I was told that I had to pay $30 to ship the earrings to them for repair. I explained that this appeared to be a manufacturing defect and requested either a free repair or a refund. The company refused.

In the end, I had the earrings repaired locally at my own expense because I did not want to risk losing them while waiting.

A lifetime warranty has little value if the customer has to pay when a product fails due to what appears to be poor craftsmanship. The earrings are beautiful, but the quality and customer service did not meet my expectations.

I would not purchase jewelry from this company again.
I hope the company will reconsider its warranty policy and take responsibility when products fail due to manufacturing defects.

I wrote a review a while ago that I was not as happy with the stone in my ring as I had been with previous rings. Immediately the support team contacted me and offered to replace the ring to my satisfaction. I returned the ring and I quickly received a beautiful new ring that I absolutely love! I appreciated their offer and how prompt the new ring arrived. The communication was excellent and this company proved to me again that they really want their customers to be happy with their purchase. I highly recommend. Terrible customer service! They will not let me items I received and was disappointed with. They are combative and uninformed. There are much better sellers out there - avoid this one. The lack of sparkle with these products is surprising, and I want to return them and get my money back.

Terrible service and the products are cheaply made stuff which are charged at a crazy price. When returned items the products got stuck in customs and they refused to do anything about it

they will deliver your products but good luck to you when you want to return an item, they made it hard/impossible for you. They stalled you by offering meagre 20% discount/credit even when you asked for return and refund option.

They finally gave me a chinese postal address. I paid for international shipping. Much later they claimed they didn't receive the package and would not refund. Very unethical and a rubbish company

There are so many online jewelry companies. This one is legit and the pieces are stunning. They sell high quality stones and settings. I've purchased many pieces and given them as gifts as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The item never arrived - I have been chasing the company for weeks and all they’re willing to do is provide me discount codes or reship ‘at some point when they get to it ’ which is obscene - avoid - they’re quick to charge but rubbish at addressing issues of items not arriving

Great customer service. I was accidentally sent the wrong ring (mistakes happen!) and the customer service team was quick to respond and fix the error and send me the correct ring. Great quality ring too! Very beautiful.

I purchased a beautiful set of earing's which I love. The clasp on one earing was defective so I contacted customer service. They asked me to take a picture so they could instruct me further. When I did they immediately told me a new pair will be sent out. A day later I got an email saying they are on their way. This is fabulous customer service & their product is superb.

DO NOT BUY FROM ITS A SCAM. Returned item as it looked different from website, they were communicating about refund but never happened, then just completely dropped off the face of the earth. Been months now. DO NOT BUY
