Voogmechic Reviews

I love the jewellery and the quick customer service response was good.

Great Product - the ear rings are AMAZING !!! Truly they are beautiful. The Support Team has been very reactive and let you know when your product is shipping. Highly recommend purchasing in the Gold Options either white or yellow. Will purchase again.

I love Voogmechic jewellery. I have purchased quite a bit jewellery which I wear everyday, the moissanite diamonds are the best, actually better than diamonds.
The best thing is they are trustworthy and help you with your design or purchase, even if you’re in a different country (Australia).
So if you are looking for Jewellery I highly recommend Voogme.

The necklace is beautiful!
I was apprehensive since it took a long time to get delivered but customer service replied to my emails, though their response seemed vague and uncertain.
But all’s well that ends well I suppose. Received quite a few compliments for the necklace. I recommend Voogme but order ahead of time!

I bought earrings a while ago. I absolutely loved them so bought a second pair. A few weeks ago I bought the 3 stone ring and it is exquisite so I bought another one. They came quickly in the mail and are better than expected. ❤️

Best service ever, great communication, and high quality products

Do not waste your money. I ordered a 2ct ring, paid that price, and what I got was at most 0.5ct. A total rip off.

This company is a total scam!
The backs to the earrings do NOT fit! I lost one the first time I wore them. I emailed the company and they told me that I didn’t put them on correctly!!! As if! I’ve e been wearing earrings for over 50 years. They have no intention of replacing them. What a joke. They are also pretty flimsy and would NOT recommend buying from this company. There are lots of others that make better jewelry, better prices and much better customer service.

Beautiful ring and necklace. I have received many compliments on both pieces. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again.

I ordered a ring which arrived on time and which was beautiful. Unfortunately a small stone in the band fell out some weeks later. I contacted Voogmechic and within hours they replied offering to replace the ring for me.
It is unusual for a company to be so reactive and positive. Many thanks Voogmechic!

I have purchased a few pieces from Vooge now and have been very satisfied with the quality of the jewelry. Customer service is awesome too. Thanks

The products are beautiful. I have ordered rings and earrings and the quality is excellent. Customer service is second to none! I would definitely recommend this Company and will shop here again!

I have been very happy with everything that I have bought from this company….i have purchased several pairs of earrings, and necklaces, also a tennis bracelet, they are all gorgeous, and appear to be well made. The shipping seems like it takes forever, but I’m always excited to receive my order, so I get impatient.

I am happy with this company. The earrings are beautiful and the customer service as well.

From start to finish, the level of customer service and quality of products was so impressive. I will definitely buy more items from this company and recommend to my friends

I received my earrings and they are beautiful. They are as advertised. The customer service is superb. They answer any questions you may have promptly. I will order from them again!

Very great customer service and company! I had a requested to get my ring to be a custom and did great job with communication so we can be a same page which I love that! When I got it in person, it was beautiful and my husband was so impressed how it made! I’m a repeat customer and keep continue to be repeat! You guys won’t be regret with this company! Highly recommended them!

I have been a customer for a very long time.
This company has been extremely successful in creating these pieces of jewelry. I’m very pleased and impressed with the quality of each piece that I’ve purchased. The customer services’ response was immediate, when I asked questions, very professional and accommodating. I absolutely adore Voogmechic!!

This is one of the most gorgeous sparkling rings I’ve ever owned. It puts natural diamonds to shame on shine and sparkle. It is so beautiful it looks and tests just like a real diamond at a fraction of the cost. I had an issue with sizing their customer service was beyond amazing with their knowledge helpfulness and eagerness to make my purchase correct. There are other moissanite companies out there but I would see no need to ever look any further. VOOGEMECHIC is the best!

I had ordered a pair of earrings but made a mistake so when I realized what I did I contacted customer service immediately. They asked me which ones I wanted and exchanged them!!! All I had to do was get the other pair into the mail, give them the tracking# and they shipped the new ones right out!! They're beautiful! I love moissanite. Such beauty for a great price. Voogmechic has quality products at a great price. Customer service is awesome. Thank you!!
