More Like Pure Basma Than Hair Dye
I have experience using pure basma as a natural hair dye, and using Henna Color Hair Dye (Chestnut) reminded me of that experience. It made the same strong muddy green colour undertone.
I mixed the dye in a white ceramic bowl, and it left permanent green stains on the bowl. Therefore, this is not just a pigment issue. It behaves very much like pure basma. I was very disappointed with the results

Waste of time trying to reach them.

Impossible to reach them regarding an issue and they don't pick up the phone. Nobody responds on any platform (facebook, whatsapp, phone, email), or picks up phone calls! It's not just terrible customer service, there just isn't any customer service. Waste of time unfortunately.
