I didn't give 5 stars because of delivery. I ordered 2 times and each time I had to take my package from the pickpoint because the delivery guy is too lazy to bring it home. It's not necessarily Voordeelwijnen's fault, but they chose the courier and could change it after I first reported that the courier couldn't find me and left my package at PP

A bit disappointed by the service ....
I'm usually very happy with the whole service (and the wine!) but was disappointed when the 'finger was pointed at me' for doing something wrong when trying to add a discount to the order. I was firstly told that I had not included the discount code and also that I had not even odered enough to enable the order to be sent without a delivery charge. It was actually the system that let me down as I had ordered enough and I had included the discount code (for Konings Dag) but for some reason the order automatically did not accept the code (as with the discount it would have been under the permitted price for free delivery.) I did obtain the discount in the end and was happy to order a couple more bottles of wine - but still made to feel that it had been my fault!
