The wine shop itself works fine with…
The wine shop itself works fine with orders etc but the PROBLEM since years is the delivery. For Belgium they use Post NL, which is a very unreliable service provider with no respect of their customers. Post NL makes the customer wait for the wine delivery the whole day without ever showing up, and in the end of the day they even dare to encode the no-show by "customer was not at home" although 'the customer' was at home and waitiing for the delivery the whole day. Because of Post NL, I have to downrate this wine shop.
