VoroMotors is not your average PEV (electric scooter/electric dirt bike) company. We’re the only brand in the game with real 24/7 live chat and a 7-day phone line where humans answer. What you see online is what you get—no fluff. We have offices in LA, NY, Hawaii, and Australia (this profile is for the US only). Every review you write helps us improve. We read them daily. Mention an employee by name—they earn performance points when you do. Got a complaint? No problem. We embrace criticism, just add context. Did you contact support? Did you buy from us or used? Want help? Drop your name or order number so we can actually assist. Keep it real, keep it useful.

Very knowledgeable about their products. Mike was a great asset and answered everything about the scooter I am looking into. What makes Voro different is the ability to carry stock parts for repair. I would highly encourage speaking with Mike for any questions.
Just called for an update on an order I placed. Mike, was very friendly and gave me an update. He also made sure to let me know now if something changes he’ll keep me posted. Thanks Mike.

Order was lost in transit reached out to Mike and vorotors and he immediately shipped another one out.
I reached out to Voro today to get a replacement motor for my Emove cruiser V2 the representative that worked with me was named Vel and he made the purchase go extremely smoothly. I got my scooter from them about a year ago and would highly recommend doing business with them to anybody on the edge about to pull the trigger.
Had a Great overall experience & customer service delivered by Vel.
He was attentive to my concerns.
Thanks!
Jack
I had a great experience working with Ronnel at VoroMotors. I initially reached out to confirm details on a Surron Ultra Bee order—pricing, store credit, and delivery timing—and while there was some early confusion from automated responses, Ronnel stepped in quickly and handled everything professionally from that point forward.
He made sure my store credit was applied promptly, gave clear and realistic updates on incoming inventory, and helped me secure a second unit while working with me on pricing. More importantly, he understood exactly what I needed in terms of timing and availability so I could plan accordingly.
What stood out most was his responsiveness, transparency, and ability to actually solve problems instead of just answering questions. As someone building out a small e-bike flipping operation, that level of support makes a big difference.
Looking forward to continuing to work with Ronnel and the VoroMotors team as we scale.
QUICK CALL BACK.TO TELL YOU OF STATUS OF GOODS.VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.

He had a slip up he says with accidentally saying a bad word but please don't fault him on that we are human and I slip up all the time and even was frustrated when I first called so please please still know that Vel is doing g his best and still helped me calm down through the information he was able to give me about the hooga daytona motor
great follow up conversation. I needed help with figuring out how to connect my new brakes with the motor cutoff connector on my e-bike, and Ronnel was super helpful. Thanks
Update: it is possible when you buy new brakes for any e-bike that are not stock that your motor cut-off cables (each brake line has one so that when the brake lever is applied the motor immediately stops engaging the wheel, very important, especially for bikes that have cruise control option) will not have identical connectors. If you find yourself in this position as I just did, a quick fix is to simply build patch cables - buy the two different "ends" (pigtails) with the right connector for each side, and splice together. This is not too difficult a process, you just need the two connectors, solder rings (easy to slide on and heat up with any heat gun or even a hair dryer would probably work), and the heat shrink tube that will cover the wires once they are soldered to keep the cable weatherproofed. I have no experience with electrical anything and I was able to build two cables for roughly $40 with Amazon supplies. Higo and Julet connectors come in varying sizes and with multiple configurations as far as the number of pins, etc., so this is how you can upgrade your brakes and still make the cut-offs work. Hope this helps!
