Always a wonderful experience with Vorrei- family run friendly owners, authentic Italian food & I love that they use recyclable packaging! Would recommend the veggie Parmesan, pasta sauces, truffle range & Xmas panettone! Hampers are also a go to for gifts 😊

Apart the good wrapped parcel the rest is a bit low profile, concerned about communication shipping and rudeness. My syster from Australia has purchased some deli items to be delivered by my birthday date, never came on time, after few emails and NEVER Answered SEVERAL PHONE CALLS the parcel came after 3 days of birthdays date ruin everything, my sister received a simple email from those people saying that they were sorry for the delay and the reason was that the BURRATA CHEESE was arriving only on Tuesdays and they wanted to wait for it before packing, well the box came late with no BURRATA CHEESE, NO EMAILS TO APOLOGISE OR GIVING INFO ABOUT IT OR ANY, classic southern Italian attitude,trying to see if they can get away with that without reimbursement, then my sister contacted them few times and instead of answering they refunded the missing product with no expectations at all, I don't mind about the missing apologies but at least an explanation about it was going to avoid this review. IAM very very disappointed because we Italians with all our best food product we have in whole Italy when becomes to find some deli specialties from Italy to us that we live abroad we have to face problems issues when dealt with Italian companies with Italian owners, that's why we have to buy Italian deli products from other foreign companies that surly they do better than VORREI LTD. what a shame!!! (THE SECOND STAR GOES TO THE REST OF THE PRODUCT THAT ARE GOOD QUALITY AND THE PROFESSIONAL PACKING THAT MIGHT COST MORE THAN THE BURRATA. GRAZIE E A NON RIVEDERCI

My order was delivered by Parcel Force to the wrong address. I was told that it had been confirmed by Parcel Force and I had to dispute this myself with them - not the case. After emails being ignored and no sign of sorting things I raised a dispute through PayPal and have received a refund. The order was not dispatched the next day as advertised and the items were needed for a dinner party so I had to drive an hour to the nearest place to me to buy on the morning. I will continue to do that rather than using this company again-disgusting way to treat a customer!

I’ve ordered from Vorrei.co.uk several times now, and every experience has been fantastic. The quality of the products is outstanding — especially the Organic olive oil and Parmesan, which are leagues above anything you’d find in a supermarket. You can really taste the difference.

Delivery is always prompt, and everything arrives beautifully packaged with care. I also appreciate the personal touch and the clear passion for authentic Italian food. It’s my go-to place for gifts or to treat myself to proper Italian ingredients.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for real quality and flavour!

Top quality Italian food which you can’t find in the UK! I bought a hamper for my friend which was packaged beautifully and which she loved, as well as some Italian cheeses and wines for my husband and I (the truffle pecorino is a MUST TRY!) . Great customer service :)

Apparent scam company.
Order #3062 placed and paid for 20 December 2024 with 2 business day delivery promised.
2 weeks later still no delivery, no response to email sent to Vorrei Italian Hampers, no response to query sent via their chat line, no response from supposed delivery agent.
Almost £200 out of pocket.....

Absolutely awful, awful company to deal with. Paid for a next day delivery which they didn't fulfill. The goods arrived 5 days later, too late to be of any use to me. Have emailed 7 times, had one response from "Luca" who was absolutely useless and without any customer service skills and left me hanging with no end result. Record delivered a letter to head office which haS been ignored also. Its very clear the company has no interest in resolving this issue. All I have requested is a returns label, it's that simple. Stay away from this company, so poor on every level.

Great service and some lovely products.
One item (despite being well packaged) arrived damaged and was promptly replaced. Really helpful and friendly service and happy to recommend!

A gorgeous spread of new discoveries in Italian cuisine by a company that truly know their subject. A very personal level of contact by email in my experience. Very willing to help and steer a new customer.
I do hope they don't use Porcelfarce.

After two orders that went well, the third one was a major disappointment. First of all, all the products haven't been shipped because some became unavailable. The problem is they didn't tell me until I received a partial refund with no explanation 4 days after I placed my order, and the rest of the products had already been shipped. I had to get in touch with their customer service to learn that some products were unavailable... Then, they hid the fact that they used Parcelforce, when their confirmation email says they're using Royal Mail. Of course, Parcelforce can only be the worst choice and my parcel has been left in a random post office miles away from me for no reason after no delivery attempt. My parcel is now on my way back to the sender, and I'm waiting for a refund. Not impressed.
