Having read recent reviews I wasn't sure about ordering, but I'm glad I did. I ordered a new case, dial and a set of hands. The order was completed very rapidly and I soon had tracking available. The post was slow, but after a couple of weeks everything arrived, well packaged and in perfect condition. There was no where else to source these parts to modify my Vostok, and I am very pleased to be able to wear it again.

I ordered a watch to Sweden, when it still didn't arrive after weeks because it was misdirected to Japan, I asked for a replacement. They charged me for my replacement. After a while, one of the watches arrived and the other was returned to the sender. I have been waiting for a refund for 4 months. There is no reply to emails.
Paid my order immediately via PayPal, but the order is still stuck at 'Unpaid'.
I tried to contact the company via various channels (website form, email, and WhatsApp), all were completely ignored.
Seems that once the company has your money, they don't really care what happens after that. Looks like I will need to raise the issue with PayPal to get my money back.
Avoid Vostok Watches 24 like the plague.
Made a purchase on 18th December, and by 20th of February still no watch. Tracking advises that the watch remains in Russia. After a brief reassurance from Peter Arms that he would look into the matter further, correspondence abruptly ceased when a replacement dispatch or refund was requested.
I have bought from the company in the past with no issues, however when there IS a problem their customer-care appears non existent!
Be wary, folks!
My recently purchased watch is faulty. It is under warranty, however the customer service team has simply not replied when I've tried to get it looked at or replaced. Do not buy from these people. Unbelievable.
Attentive customer service despite current situation with RU and OTAN
Ordered a watch that has some issues (hands alignment, rotor turns in one direction only). Seller told me to send it for warranty repair, but never gave me the address. I asked several times, via email, via the web form, and haven't got any response. It's been 3 weeks... So there is no 2 year warranty, it's not even 2 months.
