Very useful service, helpful Tips and Guides and responsive team however the website is clunky. I found it difficult to navigate where to leave my review. It would be useful to have a search box.

I received an email purportedly from my financial advisor asking if I would leave a review of her on a link on the email. I opened the link and began to fill in the form which increasingly looked like micro-management of staff rather than a professional review of her service. Each question had to be answered before the next page could be viewed. The questions were more and more about how well the FA was promoting all of the services of the firm she worked for, and not about how I experienced her interactions with me, or how I trusted her. At one point the form asked me to consent to allowing them to view the emails she and I had exchanged. I quickly stopped filling in the form and sent her an email saying that I refused to take part in this survey which appeared to be an HR attempt at micro-managing staff. My FA is excellent. I found out today that she had not sent me the email and was unaware of this survey, but was glad that I had flagged up my concerns regarding this intrusive questionnaire. I used to be a SL in Research Methodology and if any of my Masters or Doctoral students had written a questionnaire like this I would have binned it. No open questions but simply loaded in favour of the firm she works for. To send clients an email using the FA's email address but not informing the FA is deplorable, dishonest behaviour and I have lost trust in the firm she works for. She is excellent, and deserves better behaviour from her organisation than this.
