Poor company And shocking customer service
poor company, especially Customer Operations Manager JR services, she was really rude, company is flawed, she didn't help me in my situation at all, was on the phone for like 45 mins with her regarding an investor that I missed an call on to the point she decided to hang up on me because of her meeting which was vastly important it seems and she didn't bother to transfer me to another agent call me back and did pretty much nothing about it but given me another number she wasn't aware if it was working or not. poor service, so be beware of the name if you do ever speak to her as apparently she is the Customer Operations Manager for the company and the Managing Director AW attached who try threaten me with their legal team on this situation that I tried to solve, he's a biggest ceo culk player that is a follower and not a true leader..thanks.

Mixed feelings - first adviser rubbish second briiliant
The original recommended adviser never contacted me so can't comment. In that respect it was a one star. However they circulate other advisers who are relevant and one called who was excellent - 5 stars! So not sure how you rate that. It was for my daughters first flat and he has been excellent in holding her hand through the process. His name was David Fairclough of Gordon Blair and I would recommend him

I cannot really fault vouchedFor too harshly, as they immediately did what they said they would do, and connected me with an advisor. However James (Advisor), didnot get back to me like he said he would, and as a result, I have not recieved the service promised.

Inheritance Tax
I spoke to Gary Metcalf about inheritance tax.Although I had looked up information on the Govt website, it doesnt tell you what you need to know.Gary immediately advised me of a form I would need, and wasnt aware of, to transfer allowance.He is experienced and professional and took a huge weight off of my shoulders.
