Always wonderful service

I was a bit wary when it said £20 Amazon gift card for spending over X amount on MyProtein (I don't remember the amount - maybe £60-£65).

Anyway, it went through and it was pending for 6 weeks on VoucherCodes and I wasn't sure it would be accepted given the long wait. Anyway, it did and I spent my £20 Amazon voucher yesterday! Very happy and worth the wait! Would recommend and use again.

At first Voucher Codes was great. But more recently when I’ve shopped VIP it has not tracked the orders. A bit disappointing, especially when I’ve been telling people how good it is. 🤦‍♀️

took over 2 months to get my voucher, but got it eventually after contacting your support 3 times.

Dreadful customer service take too long to reply to simple queries.

They do not issue vouchers on time.

Lastly they change the policy requirements without notify you.

So far, so good. Been great to receive gift cards for use on future purchases, but also to get previously unknown discounts on things I buy, with this free app. Thank you.

I have used Vouchercodes for a few years now. In parts, quite a heavy user. The VIP option made a difference and provided an extra incentive. That was in the early days. More recently, I am finding it very frustrating with transactions not being tracked. I use the same routine and why some track and others don't is beyond me. Customer support now is incredibly slow to answer questions. Sometimes there is no reply or one actually forgets the question asked due to the delayed response. One needs to be sure if a voucher or code actually works even when the terms and conditions have been read and met. Recent example is making 4 VIP member purchases in February and not a single transaction has been tracked and no reply to date when writing to support. Once again, I have to ask how can a member be confident that a reward / voucher will be honoured and provided at a later date if there is no evidence of tracking which should be in place pretty quickly? Having to wait up to 2 weeks for a reply is certainly not helpful.
Update for March 2026 was finally solved with multiple messages and the need to provide proof of purchase again on some transactions. The advice about aspects that would make tracking difficult also taken on board ( not for the first time! ). What is very surprising is that I now use a new desktop with minimal software as per advice to make tracking much easier and also now use the VC App. Having made 8 VIP purchases in April only 4 transactions at the time were being tracked and only because I had to remind VC. May has 2 eBay VIP transactions missing. On this evidence my concerns have not been fully addressed. No matter what I try to do or use in terms of devices ( desktop, laptop or phone ) there seem to be constant issues regarding tracking which yet again is very frustrating and time consuming. In June I am still waiting for a £30 B&Q gift card for a transaction made on 4th April ( proof already sent ). In fact anyone checking will see I have made multiple B&Q purchases and quite happy for VC to verify with B&Q.
In comparison I have also used Quidco for many years. Not as much as I used to but usually on big ticket items. Tracking the transaction and the value of the cashback is usually done within 48 hours using exactly the same devices! Just very difficult to understand and so very frustrating when one seems to be having the same issues time and time again. Sadly recent Google reviews demonstrate many other members having a very similar experience.

What has happened to this company?

You used to be able to get timely responses to emails but no longer! I spent almost £500 on a ferry trip with Stena line for the VC £15 gift card offer.

I've sent 2 separate emails and received no response now after 6 days! I will not use Vouchercodes again as I have no faith in the way they operate their business.

Sadly they just don't seem to care! Oh, should have added that I am supposedly a "VIP".

Bought items from Mountain Warehouse via VIP voucher codes and it all appeared to go without a hitch. Received an email saying they were verifying the purchase. Days later I received another email saying the purchase wasn’t eligible. I spent over £15, collected the items and did not return them. I contacted voucher codes to ask what the problem was and included details of the order. That was a week ago and no reply … nothing! This really isn’t good enough!
