Like seriously, all those people on reddit crying and lying about voucherplex, calling this company a scam, bet are blind and stupid. Like why would you even order from a company without reading refund policy then complain about getting charged / partial refund. Clearly mentioned on their about us page and terms & conditions page that "Card processing fees charged by the bank are not reversible if you go for unconditional cancellation. CompTIA store does not even let you cancel an order after you have placed it. I ordered CompTIA A+ bundle and network+ voucher from them. Bundle took like 14 days to get delivered and network+ 9 days.

There is a store notice that popped like twice when I was going through the sign up process to place order. I read it, it explains that there is a delay in order processing and support caused by covid19 measures in effect. It also say's contact customer care to know the current processing time, which I did. I was answered by an agent almost instantaneously and was informed that it may take like a couple weeks to get my vouchers if I ordered, because they have a backlog and limited staff availability. I was not in rush. So I went ahead with the order and saved over like 120 bucks on two A+ vouchers. Some people are just good at complaining, crying and blaming others for their stupidity. Its so laughable. Those reddit crybabies with false claims.

You can not even do an online transaction properly by reading company policies and store notices before placing an order. This company has been defamed for absolutely no reason. You get more discount on vouchers from them than others. I got my network+ voucher in 5 days. Yes it works. Little more wait than I anticipated. When I contacted customer care they were friendly and quick to inform me about the delay caused due to covid19 and back orders. Anyway I am happy with their service and the money I saved.
