Kitchen makeover from Vox Kitchens

I had a kitchen makeover from Vox Kitchens recently. I was a previous customer, and decided to go with them after they cold called me.
Thought it was a bit pricey, but went with them because I thought they were trustworthy.
They came out and got stuck into it and finished after about 3 days. It seemed OK at the time.
Oven and hob supplied was a bit cheap and nasty, not pleased with that, put it down to my mistake in going with them in the first place.
Within a short space of time found that the cabinets were coming loose here and there.
Also had a big blockage in my sink which turned out to be a big load of hardened tile adhesive, obviously just poured down the sink. I had to get Dynorod to clear it. Quite shocked when he showed me what the problem was.
Phoned the number I had for Alistair who appears to be the boss, but it turned out to be a lady who took the call and said she would let the fitter know (Scott). He didn't bother getting back to me.
I tried emailing Alistair a couple of times, didn't get the courtesy of a reply.
Cost me nearly £200 to have the faults rectified.
Poor after sales service to a previous trusting customer.
Wouldn't dream of using again, and would definitely not recommend.

Update on this.
Scott from the company got in touch after this and sorted out the issues I had.
