I am deeply disappointed in the customer service here at VPA, I have been a customer since 2021.
I contacted support as there was no valid tracking, and received an email advising my package was lost, I responded to this email within 2 minutes and have not heard back regarding any action.
I have called several times for the past 2 hours and left messages on Live chat.
There does not appear to be any way to contact VPA, and unfortunately it seems posting my experience might be a way to get their attention.
Given the lack of responses, I have requested a cancellation to my order since the package was deemed lost.
Hoping to receive any form of communication back acknowledging the cancellation and refund.

I had an issue with delivery (my first in more than 13 years of ordering). I contacted support and received an immediate reply. The asked me to wait ten days but there was no movement on the tracking. After one week I emailed them and said “it’s clearly not coming” (politely). They replied immediately and re-dispatched the order. The new order arrived as usual. I was grateful for this service as a long time customer

Placed an order on 11th March. Timeframe for delivery was 5-10 days. It’s 26th March and still no delivery. Attempts to contact VPA Australia via phone have been unsuccessful. I did receive an email response from VPA Customer service on 17th March saying that they would look into to this but still no follow up response and still no order delivery. First time ever having an issue with VPA so hoping they get back to me to resolve this.
31.03.26 - UPDATE: Thank you for responding to my review VPA Australia but it is now 20 days since I submitted and paid $151.00 for my order #744915 and I still haven’t received it.
I did leave my contact details with you so it may have been more helpful if you had actually contacted me directly or responded to my email enquiries or voicemail messages to resolve this, instead to responding to my review. If you can please find my contact details via the above order number and contact me directly to inform me where my order was delivered to, when delivery was made that would be very much appreciated.
For now, the lack of communication to resolve this, responding to my review instead of contacting me directly, taking my $151.00 without providing my order means my 1 star review remains for this experience. Hopefully I’ll hear from someone from VPA Australia Sales soon so I can get my order.

Order #744339 . Hi my order has not left the post office ! It’s now been 8 days since I made my order .. Is this your normal shipping method ? Because if it is we should have been notified that you use this type of postage when you offer some one free postage . The slowest delivery in history ! I’ve had things come from china quicker !

Fast delivery, good quality products (ordered NAC, Taurine and Glycine). I would have preferred smaller tub sizes to make them easier to store and travel with. Currently the contents take up less than half of the tub volume.

VPA protein is consistently excellent, I've been using it for years. I use their Bussin intra for my workouts which is very tasty and i wanted to try the ZMA recovery blend. This is the only VPA product i haven't liked, very very sweet, not for me I'm afraid.

Shipping and delivery beat the stated target date which would have been great already! Your return policy for taste preferences could be eliminated if you had taster samples to order. I imagine that you have already looked at this business case?
