It works better at night
Hi. I'm using the free version. The speed is not very high, but overall, it handles video streaming. It works better at night, probably due to less server load.

Do not trust VPN Master
While I had a use for this service a couple years ago, I no longer need it and even forgot that it was a subscription. I was surprised this morning when I was charged $35.99 via Paypal for a service that I no longer use. After multiple back and forth emails, they offered a VIP upgrade instead of a refund...
They will take advantage of the "contract" you agreed to initially and they cannot be reasoned with. I'm pursuing a Paypal dispute in the meantime.
I plan to update this review if they follow up with the appropriate response to a customer in this situation.
UPDATE: They pretended to help by asking for my user ID to look into it, and then said they couldn't do anything about it.

if you like hanging around on their so called support line for over 2 hours then carry on please purchase otherwise avoid like the plaque ....apparently its a us company front operating out of Turkey...say no more

I have been using vpnmaster for over 2 years now. I am very happy with their service. The connection is very fast and the price is very cheap.

Best VPN service I have ever used.
I tried many vpn services before but most of them were either slow or expensive. I found VPNMaster real fast and they have a real good customer support. So far so good!
