Great service and great price!
I used VP Online to produce my daughter's EP with printed card wallet sleeves. I found them very helpful and incredibly fast at getting the cds to us. Great quality printing too. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again in future,

Unbelievable value. So impressed, will definitely be using from now on.
I've just received my order on only the 4th working day after I placed my order, so first of all a fantastic turnaround time. When I was ordering I couldn't believe the great price I was being quoted so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality but it has far surpassed my expectations. The quality of the final product is far higher than any similar service I have used before - thoroughly impressed with the guys at VP Online and I will 100% be using them regularly from now on.

Excellent service
Used them for the first time and will be using VP online again. Received my CDs and CD cardboard wallets in due time. I loved that I was quickly advised to modify my artwork and improve on its quality. VP online even included extra wallets for me. The packaging was excellent and well protected. Thank you for a great service very affordable.

Poor attention to original files sent
I am disappointed as I have 2 albums with them and they had wrong music on one of the orders. My latest order album front cover is a totally different colour. Original is sepia and they have printed orange. 3-5 days turn around isn't true. This batch took 9 days. The last batch I had to contact them after 10 days to be told they had run out of cases. They didn't contact me to advise of delay or apologies.

Very sorry that our high standard of service has let you down in this order.
I would just like to point out to others when you name the 2 titles on those albums the same then this could cause problems and would be a reason for the misunderstand and it's best other people know why you had this problem and point out that we sorted that problem at no extra charge.
The turnaround on the website shows that it's just an approx as week to week can vary on how busy we are and also how many deadlines we have
If you have any deadline it's recommend you add this to the notes when sending artwork.
If you also need an order quicker it's recommended you don't go with Free P&P option as this can take 2-3 extra days on top of our 3-5 working days service and would be why it's took the time you have said.
If you don't then the order is done as soon as we can.
Order went missing in post, company owner reverted to swearing at me.
Order went missing in post. I asked if a replacement could be expedited as I needed for a deadline. He canceled my order and said I had insulted the way he ran his company.
After a few email exchanges he was very rude and swore at me
Even if he thinks that, why would you ever say that to customer and why would you not try and resolve a problem that every one is satisfied with.
Pay a few extra £ to a competitor, it is definitely worth it for a better service.

It's best if other customers reading this can understand the issues that lead to the problem you had.
Sadly Royal mail lost the first parcel and we did offer to reprint this again for you.
But you then demanded this arrived with you the very next day (Saturday) I pointed out this could not be done on such short notice and that I was not made aware of any deadline in the order process you did.
It's best we know of any deadlines in advance so we can work to resolve any issues
Great service
We are an independent chart label with regular digital releases - and physical CDs to support those campaigns. We are quite a demanding company - we need consistent quality, reliability of delivery so we can keep our deadlines, good communications - and we sometimes need that extra service. VP Online has consistently delivered a great service. We don't use anyone else.
