We've been using VPOnline for 5 years …
We've been using VPOnline for 5 years now (I think). They have produced our school choir CD's for us every year, and the result has always been first class. The cost, customer service, and delivery time is second to none in my opinion. Absolutely no doubt we will continue to use their services, and I would recommend them to anyone.

AVOID
Somehow a PDF artwork file (part of an upload for a CD) had corrupted with WeSendIt, which VP Online recommend using, and couldn't be opened by them. I uploaded the pdf to my server which worked perfectly.
I then received the CD's in the post and there are bursts of white noise all over it, sometimes lasting a couple of minutes at a time.
I contacted VP Online and explained the issue, they said it was nothing to do with them and that I should be looking for compensation from WeSendIt instead as it turns out most of the files in that upload ended up being corrupted.
A simple check of the WAV files after them realising the Artwork PDF had corrupted would have saved all of this hassle.
The WAV's I uploaded were perfect, and were also used for a Cassette release, 8-Track, and Reel to Reel, and the digital download. So there's absolutely nothing wrong with them. They constantly blamed me.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

In response to your response... I did send the files by WeSendIt, you'd have received a confirmation email as I did from them dated 01/11/2017 (snippet of below)

Your files were successfully uploaded and a notification e-mail along with a download link is been sent to your recipient.
The soon your recipient downloads your file(s), you will be notified by a confirmation email.

The files will be deleted on 8. November 2017 deleted.
I don't know how many times I have to tell you that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the files when I uploaded them, the exact same WAV files have been used to produce a run of Cassettes (made by a different company), along with the digital download and Reel to Reel tape.
I reiterate, yet again, that upon finding out that the artwork pdf file had corrupted you should have done a cursory check to see if the other files were ok, or as in the case with most of them, had corrupted during transfer.
A quick google will show you that although not very common, files can corrupt during moving them or transferring them.
And you didn't say you'd replace the cd's for several emails, you said you'd give me a discount for the job. And by the time you'd actually decided to replace the CD's I'd had enough of being basically called a liar.
Oh, and threatening me with legal action unless I take down my review is very bad form as well.

When you ticked the option for WAV to CD to be sent by an upload or e-mail this had next to that that the service would not include a sound check and so was down to you to check this.
We do have an option to pay a little for this service but you did not pay for that.
For the audio to have a sound problem this would not come from anything we did and would have come from the source from the audio WAV files you uploaded
We did offer to do the CDs again as a goodwill gesture but asked if you could fix the audio problem because this was in the WAV files you sent via the download link and you refused to accept this offer.
As for the files, you sent this was not from wesendit as you have said and come from wetransfer so this was from an upload service you used and we did not recommend them, However as it's just an upload platform it would not have caused the audio WAV file to have the problem.
You did ask for a full refund but the sound problem was not caused by VP Online and we did nothing wrong here to have caused that.
You are very well aware the reason we would have to take legal action on this matter and you know very well this statement you have left on this review is not 100% true and so is slander. I did point out by doing this it would mean we would have no option but to go ahead with legal proceeding. We have no problem with customers giving the feedback they believe but to write slander is not feedback.
