The company hasn’t went bust they are still active on companies house and their accounts are all up to date until they are due next year again

Company has went into administration and effectively stolen my money, no replies to my emails. Booked and paid £1400 in full at the end of March when they knew they were never going to train me. Had my medical and then it was radio silence from them. Got a phone call on 23/04/24 telling me they were going bust and I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Was told that my training was transferred to another provider who were expecting me to pay £1400 again.

Absolutely atrocious way to run a company. I’ve been left out of pocket a large sum of money in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Thanks!

A big thanks to John McCall for a very informative 5 days on CPC training, would recommend if you like a straightforward no nonsense trainer with years of experience

the trainer i had was Jim who never made me feel I could pass at any point shame as everything else about V.R is very professional

I FAILED DUE TO MY OWN MISTAKES AND FAILINGS AND TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THOSE FACTS HOWEVER WHEN YOU FEEL YOU HAVE NO CONFIDENCE AND NOT HELPED TO BELIVE AND OR FEEL ANY DIFFERENT BY A TRAINER THATS WRONG AND THATS WHAT AM ADRESSING HERE ! ....

I wrote this as true as I could and down played it stuart however there are things you obviously do not see whilst not around and even though you replied with the manner in which you did I will accept it with the undemanding of he can obviously do no wrong and the reply has proven that their is a lack of customer care and due diligence and its a shame you had to reply to me in such a way however I will no dwell on this others are now able to see how non constructively you have taken my review and make their own minds up my intentions here was to highlight things and as I stated I respect V.R but like I said your reply really does show your true colours so I thank you for atleast showing readers of this review and of course the attitude of "I will take your money and treat the individual anyway I see fit" so again many thanks for your reply and I too would like to wish you every success going forward.

Cheapest ones in the country, great and easy service.

Just completed my fifth module of DCPC, John knows his stuff and kept it moving well making the process a lot less painful than it could have been! Excellent.

My work put me through for cpc training, its normally in house but due to circumstances they booked it through virtue recruitment. I did a 2 day course with John McCall, hes fantastic at his job and very knowledgeable, there was such a good atmosphere within the group considering it was through zoom. Really enjoyed it and learnt alot. Thanks John from young steven

Hi just finished my 3 days Cpc course it was very good very informative and I learned a lot of new information the instructor John McCall very good the presentation and information and answering any questions ýou have would definitely recommend this company for the service and price.

I did 2 modules with VR, it was relaxed and interesting, and about the best value that I have come across, definitely will train with them again.

Just finished the 4 Modules online that I needed to complete my Driver CPC under the awesome guidance of John McCall. A great 4 days and I look forward to doing a day a year as John suggested next year with VR.

Would highly recommend. Just completed my 5th course and received my 5 certificates within an hour or so of completion.

John was excellent. Can tell he's very experienced and knowledgeable. He's happy to answer any questions or queries you may have and will even go out of his way to get an answer for you if he doesn't know himself.

Excellent value for money as well.

Very good price and the 5 days passed quickly,I was emailed my certificates shortly after finishing on day 5,I got my card by post sooner than expected.
Doing the driver CPC in your own house via Zoom has got to be the way forward!.I would recommend VR to any driver.

I would highly recommend anyone to use VR Recruitment for any HGV training courses , cheapest on the market but such value for money !

John was great throughout answering any questions & relayed the information so all could understand!

Just completed day 4 of 5 for my CPC and it's been a pleasure, not only fully educational but enjoyable, course Instructor John is very professional and makes you feel very part of the course, i will have no hesitation to pass on recomendations to use VR for training, well done to all involved in this current climate, keep up the great work.

This is a really good professional training company with great lecturers whom are polite and approachable and impart the information clearly and precise with an air of fun to make the whole experience of learning complete and educational

I highly recommend this company for any training you need for yourself or your employees. They are very helpful and good at what they do. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
