The two guys were helpful & extremely hard working, it’s a pity the roof is out of true and not level on one corner and water pours out of one of the guttering joints though..

All round first class service
All the staff that I spoke to about the job were friendly and helpful. On the day of installation Jay & Jordon arrived on time and worked non stop. Both were extremely polite & friendly and Jay kept me up to date as the job progressed & explained everything they were doing, including when tweaks had to be made. First class workmanship and would definitely reccommend the company

A group of garages rejuvenated
I approached VSF initially in Jan '26, asking about an asbestos and leaky garage-roof replacement for me + two neighbouring garages. Communication was good both pre-survey and post-survey and the price was felt by all three of us to be fair and honest.
VSF arrived on the day they said they would and got on and did a great job - two on-site guys worked hard all day, and left the garage area clean and tidy on night of Day 1 and also once the work was complete on Day 2. They were helpful and friendly throughout.
Our garages now look so much better - they are dry inside, and much more useful as a work/storage space than before.

Would have been 5 had the salesman not…
Would have been 5 had the salesman not told me that I didn't need to move things in the garage. Roof is great but several items stored in the garage were broken when they were 'moved' by the workmen,not very carefully. I understand they are working to a schedule but I was available to move things had they asked. The lads were fine but I would suggest your salesmen inform customers that it would be better to move things like jet washers and other expensive goods that are easily damaged if not treated carefully

Very hot day but the men kept working. Roof looks good dust etc cleaned up. They had to remove asbestos roof but done professionally.

Very straightforward and a good job done
Very straightforward and the lads did a very good job. It was a little concerning that they had started in the very early hours, driven from Buckinghamshire to the Swansea area to start work promptly and then went on to assist at another job. They were expected to work very hard for long hours. I hope they had a good sleep in a reasonable hotel at the end of the day!

The team arrived early as expected and…
The team arrived early as expected and before they even started, they explained exactly what was going to happen and the time scale of the job. This was, they said, was an easy one for them, very straightforward. Carl then walked round the garage with me to point out the various issues and how these would be resolved.
Then, they started, firstly they togged up in protective suits and masks then asked us to step inside , closing the windows pending the removal of the asbestos panels which were promptly wrapped and removed safely.
The main job then began which Carl and his colleague explained as they went on and at the end they walked round with me again pointing various parts of the roof and explaining the guarantee and how to contact if in the unforeseen an issue should occur I could contact to resolve it.
They completed in four hours, the roof fitting is excellent. Since they did the roof and we have had some very heavy rainfall in the meantime, the roof was totally sound I am totally pleased with the product as well as the team who did the job. A very professional installation with a great team who did the job, they were amazing , thanks guys, you deserve every bit of the praise you receive.
