VS Media actively enables and pays for illegal work

VS Media. Inc, is part of an International conglomerate that operates in the Adult industry.

They actively enable, fund and pay porn for illegal work (live cams) in third countries where such work is a felony (such as Uganda).

This type of activity invariably creates an illegal ecosystem, often including corrupt policemen, and inevitably involves one or more of the following: slave labor, sexual exploitation, human trafficking and a number of other human rights abuses.

This company, and all others in its conglomerate, have been convicted (in the US) of profiting by illegal work or dissemination of adult content that involves minors, but due to lack of jurisdiction and other legal loopholes they have gotten away with just administrative fines and monetary compensations to victims or simple instructions on how to change the ways they process and audit their content.

Here are examples of concluded (with conviction) or ongoing litigation in the US.

One can search for "Doe-v.-WebGroup-Czech-Republic-et-al_03-18-2021" and come across litigation docs, that include VS Media, and relate to exploitation of minors.

Currently they promote, enable and pay for illegal work in Uganda. A simple search on X for "Fotios Basagiannis" will give you all the proof to these claims.

Avoid vsmedia AKA vs3 at all costs just a SHADY SHADY company !

Avoid these scammers at all costs very dodgy business practices and customer service are rude, ignorant, unhelpful and avoidant.

Firstly I would like to say I tried to resolve this dispute calmly and diplomatically with customer service, but they were uninterested and not at all helpful in this regard, and placed the blame solely on me and my bank, Therefore I have no other choice but to go down other avenues, hence this review.

Payment was made to them seamlessly and without issue, however they closed my account citing fraud and adamantly told me my bank was blocking their payments due to fraud issues. If this was really the case why was my membership activated in the first place without issue and I was even given a receipt?
I used the service for about 15 mins, just enough as it happens to use the free promotional credits I was given upon sign up and then was banned (I have read reviews of this same thing happening to others on bbb(dot)org)

I contacted my bank and they assured me there is no flagging or issues with my transaction and the funds are waiting to be released but, the service provider needs to action it in order for the funds to be released, My bank advisor told me there is very rarely a delay in companies actioning pending payments and he seemed to think that the practices of this company were rather abnormal and concerning.
So who or what exactly was flagging my card if it wasn't my own personal bank?

I went back to customer service and asked them exactly what was being flagged and who was flagging it and why? because it's certainly not from my end as the bank had just confirmed it.

This question remained unanswered despite me asking the agent over and over again, I was never told exactly why or who was blocking the transaction., only it's being flagged for fraud and they banned me to protect other customers ?

Nothing concrete was provided as to why this happened and just got a lot of bull from the agent I was talking to.
Very shady practises indeed.

I have since spoken to my bank and have updated them on the situation and they seemed even more convinced that something shady is going on.
So I have to action a dispute with them to get the money refunded.

Just because you offer adult services and many people will be too ashamed to go through a dispute and claims process doesn't mean you need to be utter doughnuts, you should pick your battles more wisely.

Moving forward not only will I be issuing them with an SAR (which is a timewaster for most companies) I will also look into contacting the Financial Ombudsman and any other services that will aid me in my Dispute with these cowboys.

And I have lots of time on my hands with which to achieve this to make a strong case for myself.
