Scam. Ordered over a month ago. No order received and no response from email. Don’t waste your money!

Pretty sure this company is a scam, they have my money but I am yet to receive the walking pad. No response to my numerous emails, the tracking on the package does not work and now they are deleting these comments. The are now called @zoserx_ but the contact is vsnatched. I am patiently waiting for your customer support to get in touch but I am not hopeful.

Ordered on 30 April. No product arrived, no response from customer service.

It is a scam website. You order,pay and they don't send anything. They change names of the website and Instagram page when they steal from too much people so they can start fresh.
They don't have a contact phone so you can't call,only a email form to which they don't reply. Now the website is zoserx.com the Instagram page has the same name, I suppose they will change the name soon because they started getting a lot of negative comments on their Instagram posts, which they try to delete as fast as possible(the comments) but can't do it fast enough.

Do your wallter a favor and dont waste your money on this "company".

I ordered their Marshall amp keyring. No reply and the product did not arrive. Best to avoid.

The product is good - happy with what arrived although perhaps a little on the pricey side, no complaints about the product. The order and payment process was also quick via Instagram. However the delivery process was otherwise awful. I ordered on 9th Feb and it arrived on 10th March. The tracking delivery option was helpful and I used this but after a couple of weeks and no change to the delivery status , I felt the delivery process was very slow and that I only received my product because I complained about my experience on Trust Pilot (since amended to this review) and via email to the company. The lack of initial response to my initial enquiry about the delay. However, the complaint was eventually responded to and resolved as the item arrived a few days after the email was responded to. Overall a poor and not timely sales experience for a gift ordered to arrive around Valentine’s Day. I’m hopefully the company learn from this experience and other poor feedback to improve things for the future - but am pleased to say the product finally arrived and I am satisfied with it

It is just a scam… I ordered months ago, nothing has arrived and never will. The customer service is useless too.

Scam. 3 months since ordering and never received my package. Contact form on homepage also not answered. 100% scam

I have tried to contact this company. I would not buy from them at all. It is a site that looks legit but seemingly it is not. Buy at your own discretion/risk but be careful or you too will be writing about your experience. Only buy from trusted sites which I did not.
