vMail Import PST File to Outlook is one heck of a tool! it made importing an old .ost file into a newer Outlook client a breeze. I was able to recover emails that I need for discovery and this tool helped me tremendously. I bought the OST to PST converter for USD99 with a money back guarantee. I tried it several times and it produced files that outlook said had errors. I bought a converter from a competitor and it worked great. I immediately asked for my money back and they wanted to remote connect to my PC. There is no way I would let anyone I dont trust remote connect to my PC. In short, the software doesnt work and they wont refund my money. It says they will and they wont.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Purchased software which did not work, kept crashing. On their website is 24/7 support and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
When the software crashed I tried their chat service, not working, I emailed and heard nothing for days so had to buy something else and now they won't refund me.
They eventually got back to me and offered a solution but it was too late and now they are refusing to refund.

UPDATE (To reply below): I am not using Thunderbird nor have I mentioned using that client. This is another example of what you have to deal with here. Nonsense.

UPDATE: I have been told that if I amend this review I will be given a refund, after 3 weeks of asking.

I have purchased convert X to dvd from VSO Software
and i am having problems with version 7.
I have tried several times to contact them but no reply.
I have never had a problem like this with older versions and now i am sick of trying to contact them.
I have now downloaded software from another company.
Be very carful with convert X to DVD it struggles with windows 10 locking up and so on.
overall the new software is not very good and the help team are even worse.
