From my initial call to Ramesh this was perfect. He was recommended to me by an electrician on the neighbours app and he surpassed expectations. So helpful.
The delivery and fitting today by Jim and Jitta deserves special mention. It was a tricky fit but they went above and beyond and were so kind as well. Genuinely good people.I will never use AO.com again. I urge locals to support this family business.

I ordered a larder fridge from VT Electronics in Whitton. It was delivered by 2 x very pleasant gentlemen, who unpacked the fridge, connected it up & took away the old fridge. It was all completed in a very timely & pleasant manner: Thank you so much Ramesh.

Ordered Bosch WAN28282 washing machine by phone on the Saturday: 8 minutes, including advice.
Delivered, as promised, on the Tuesday morning by two quick, pleasant and efficient men. Helpfully stressed the importance of removing the transport bolts. Removed the old machine.
New machine seems to be working fine.
Hassle-free experience.

This company had the washing machine l required- it was delivered and installed within 48 hours - the guys made a great job of getting the machine into a tight space and disposed of my old one

A little late delivering my dishwasher but otherwise I was very pleased with the overall package provided by VT Euronics the price was competitive, they took away my old unit and installed tested very proficiently. I would use them again.

I was looking for a particular model of a combination microwave oven. I called several local shops to check the availability, but they were not very helpful and some even did not answer the phone.
I finally found VT Electronics who answered my call straightaway and were very helpful and I managed to order it on the phone within a few minutes. The owner Ramesh was very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. The product was picked up on the day he promised me.

Excellent very quick and professional and polite service

Our oven broke down on Christmas Day. Ramesh and his team quickly and courteously solved the problem. Unfortunately we had a second fault at New Year. To get our oven up and running for a New Years Eve meal, Ramesh put every effort into sourcing the part at a time when we would have had to wait 4 days. His men came back at the end of a long day to install it. All was well for New Year.
We cannot recommend this firm highly enough. His prices are very fair and transparent

Ramesh and his colleague were extremely helpful in arranging and installing our new oven after the company we'd bought it from could not install. Cannot fault their service, and even offered and carried out the installation (and removal of existing oven) a day earlier than originally booked. Easy to contact and really appreciated his call after the installation to check that everything had gone smoothly. Highly recommend and will definitely use VT Electronics again.
