Ordered trampoline and extras, they only delivered 12 of 13 boxes, mucking around and not sending the last box and told me if I want to cancel the order, I have to pay the freight charges to return the parts they have sent, even though what they have sent me is unusable

The product itself was fine, until after about 2 years, I noticed a squeeking sound. I inspected the springs and some of them had torn off the mat.
I then explored the extremely easy, quick warranty process. This is probably one of the best after-sales services I have ever used. A new mat was sent to me very quickly and with no fuss.
So the 5 stars is primarily for the warranty claim process, but the product is pretty good to.

I purchased a Vuly playset back in March and paid for installation. Upon inspection of the installation, not only was the playset assembled incorrectly but there were numerous loose nuts and bolts rendering the entire playset unsafe and useless. After months of back and forth, techs who failed to show up, missed days of work and lost wages on my part, a senior tech came to assess the issues. Finally, replacement parts were ordered and a new tech was sent to rebuild the playset. The new tech gave up after several hours, leaving the playset half assembled and unsafe for use, and it has sat that way since June until I finally had it hauled away today. Vuly has refused to refund the 2k I spent on their playset and I have not heard from them in months. Terrible experience, horrible company. I would never recommend Vuly to anyone, ever.

I contacted Jeffrey as instructed in his reply and of course never heard back. Not surprised.

The trampoline arrived quickly and assembled well.

The only thing that I'd noticed on the back of the box containing the net is that it must be replaced every 12 months.

Other companies offer a 10 - 20 year warranty on it and VULY doesn't mention the replacement anywhere except the box it arrives in. I'm pretty sure this is illegal in Australia and customers should be made aware of this before purchase not on the bottom of a box that ends up in the bin after assembly. I'll be following this up this week VULY, you have a chance to reach out and rectify if you care.

Awesome quality bought out second peice of play equipment this year and kids love it bought the xl thunder 2 trampoline this year great size for 5 kids! Definitely recommend

Vuly were excellent to deal with. From a well formatted website, with plenty of information to make a decision, to the communication from sale, to delivery, they are right there and nailing customer experience. The Thunder 2 is quiet, took about an hour to set up solo, with a video to assist and aside from being taller than I expected, is 100% as pictured. The frame and leaf springs are of high quality and the shade cover is a no brainer.

Staff were really helpful, in particular Kelsey. She went above and beyond to help which really sold me on this brand. Went with the Flare and we are really happy with it. Instructions were good but the video was very helpful!

This is our second trampoline from Vuly, the last one was bought 7 years ago and is still going strong with a family friend we gifted it to when we couldn’t take it with us on a big move. We’ve just bought a new one now for Christmas (we live rurally so it might take a while to get here) and I’m so excited to have a new space for the kids to bounce like crazy. The old one withstood gale force winds and being hosed down all summer without failing at all so we know this new one will last for years to come!

My customer service rep Yashish was fantastic. From helping us with our enquiry, informing us of the next steps, ordering parts and delivery, he was kind, understanding and extremely helpful. Delivery was quick and easy, such a seamless process and would not hesitate to recommend.

Easy to navigate the website, and overall fast shipment! Living rural in the NT can have it's difficulties especially receiving mail/parcels and even just overall ordering to here, but Vuly was no issue, able to get it on a freight truck and to us in a timely manner. Our kids won't be missing out this Christmas! Thankyou Vuly

Fantastic trampoline- the kids have been on it non-stop from the moment I put it together! Utilizing the leaf springs makes the trampoline extremely safe and provides a smooth and high bounce! Also very easy to put together- with easy to follow instructions. Also the XXL size mat is ginormous! A huge upgrade from our old 12foot spring tramp- couldn't be happier!
