Won't refund faulty device
Brought the OBS cube mini, and just after 1 month this device became faulty and would auto fire. As it was within 3 months therefore deemed faulty at purchase by consumers rights act 2015 I had this replaced.
Within 30 days of having the replacement this has the same fault. Once again this device is now less than 30 days old and VVapour are refusing to refund this. As this device is within 30 days I am within my 30 days to reject the goods and be offered a full refund as a replacement was unsuccessful. This is according to the consumer rights act 2015.
Vapour are now in breach of this act and I will be taking it further.
Firstly you have just replied to make your company look good. The first obs cube did not have 6 weeks use, and I have email exchanges and proof of postage to back this up.
Secondly you replaced the OBS because it was faulty. Not sure how it was water damaged as its only been used indoors.
The replacement obs discovered the same fault less than 4 weeks of use. Got email and proof of postage for this too.
Let me guess this one is water damaged too? And the device is less than 30 days old and you claime it is out of warranty. Explain that?
This matter will be taken to the consumer ombudsman and you can take it up to them.
Just because the manufacturer won't pay you for faulty goods doesn't mean you refuse to refund faulty goods that you sold. That responsibility is on you the retailer not the manufacturer. After having 2 faulty devices yes I want a refund. Not a store credit.

We have done our best to resolve this for you, we have already replaced one OBS Cube Mini after 6 weeks use and had the 'faulty' one tested, the result came back that there was water damage !
Now you are requesting a full refund on the replacement we sent as well ? We have offered a full credit note for you to spend on our site for this replacement OBS Cube Mini and you have not accepted this gesture.
We as a company do our best to keep our customers happy but we cannot keep replacing items that are not a manufacturing fault but more likely a consumer misuse fault.
We do also note that you seem to have very little luck as we note you previous Trustpilot reviews for another company when you offer a sample letter for obtaining a refund!!!
