Customer service: fine.
But if you need customer service, something was wrong, which can happen.
But the fact that the phone case lasts for 2 days and is broken without falling or heavy shocks (or without using it in another way that I used my previous cases), is not ok. I received a new one after the first one was broken after a week, the new one arrived and was broken after 2 days. Without damage on the corners (which is the case when the phone has fallen), but the case just start cracking at the back.

The covers are just worthless.

I purchased 2 Frosted MagSafe Cases for iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Although the build quality was perfect, unfortunately the magnets were very weak. So weak that they wouldn’t stick to my MagSafe charger, Continuity MagSafe Clamp or MagSafe car mount.

I reached out to customer service and they sent me new cases, unfortunately wrong colors.

After some back-and-forth they understood my position and provided me a full refund upon receiving documentation for damaged cases.

All in all, pleasant customer service. Product quality is also very good, it’s just the MagSafe magnets that were not good enough.
