Today I was in vw Aabenraa workshop for…

Today I was in vw Aabenraa workshop for service my car ( vw up).
I asked for normal service and change brake oil and also I have problem in 12v outlet in the car.
The man who get the car from me offer also to clean the car.
The problem when I checked the car, the 12v outlet not fixed and the car not clean up.
And after all that they asked me to make new appointment!!!!!!
The people in this company thinking we don't have anything else to do, only make appointments and lost our time.
I can do the service in any workshop in half price, but I need the specialist to do that 😞.
